If you are driven and interested in working in an environment where your efforts are appreciated, we encourage you to reach out!Hours: 10am - 6:30pm M-F with Overtime as neededStarting rate: $22/hr with the ability to make up to $5.50/hr more for a total of $27.50 based on individual performance!ResponsibilitiesAs a DC Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:+ Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.+ Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.+ Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.+ Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.+ Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency+ Complete material test reports (MTRs) as neededRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:+ Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.+ Capability to operate during the midshift, which could involve potential overtime and Saturday OT.+ Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.+ Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.+ Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.+ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Why Ferguson Enterprises?At Ferguson Enterprises, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
