Material Handler – Night ShiftLocation: Houston, TX 77073Pay Range: $17 – $18 per hourShift: Night ShiftOverviewWe are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support night shift operations by safely loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the plant. This role is essential to maintaining production flow, ensuring materials are handled efficiently, and supporting overall warehouse and manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRead work orders or follow instructions to determine materials to be movedLoad and unload materials from pallets, racks, trays, and shelvesTransport materials to designated areas within the facilityPrepare materials for shipment, including strapping, bracing, and paddingOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hoists (as needed)Count, weigh, and record materials on production sheetsLabel and tag materials for identification and trackingStack, bundle, and organize materials for storage or transportAssist with conveyor setup and material flow processesCollect and deliver material samples for lab analysisPerform general labor tasks including lifting, cleaning, and assisting operatorsMake minor equipment adjustments (e.g., belts, rollers) as neededAssemble crates and containers for shipping productsMaintain accurate records, labor cards, and job ticketsFollow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and PPE requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience:1–3 months of related experience or training preferredForklift, pallet jack, or industrial truck experience preferredBasic knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing operationsFamiliarity with standard safety practices and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical environmentAttention to detail and safety awarenessTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsApply TodayIf you're looking for a stable night shift opportunity with a growing team, we encourage you to apply today!
