If you take pride in strength, consistency, and performance, you’ll fit right in.Pay & Incentives$14.50/hr base pay + performance incentive payAverage $17–$23/hr for team members consistently hitting 30+ pieces per hourTop performers earn more — your results drive your rewardsMonday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (start early, finish early – afternoons free!)What You’ll DoPull and move furniture (some up to 300 lbs) using cherry pickers and hand trucksWork efficiently to hit or exceed 30+ PPH performance goalsAccurately verify item and quantity for each pullKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeCommunicate clearly with team leads and peers to keep orders flowingFollow all safety procedures — we work hard and smartThis is a hands-on, physical role. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and producing results every day.
