Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Ashland, MA. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including driving sales, leading the retail team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective store management strategies. Additional responsibilities include training team members, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention procedures to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
