Title: Deductions AnalystLocation: Greenville, SCDuration: 3-6 Months Contract + Possibility of ExtensionShift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid -Monday and Friday remote, in office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)Note: Those Candidates who can work on W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply.Description:Candidate has experience with either rebate (ship & debits/SPA) /deviated pricing or incentives (program/marketing allowances)Senior Level (3-5 years)SAP AR experience requiredShip & Debit (Rebate Deviated Pricing) experienceIncentives (program/marketing allowances) experienceCollections experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident engaging with customers through phone conversationsIntermediate level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Familiarity with electronic transaction methods with customers, including EDI 844/849Own end to end follow-up for unresolved disputes, including SAP payback maintenanceEducationDegree is a plus but not required, will consider candidates with work experience.
