Enterprise Account Director

POSITION SUMMARYEnterprise Account Director leads strategic relationships with DuBois Chemicals’ most complex and high-value corporate customers. Acting as the primary corporate-level contact, this role ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across their full portfolio. Responsible to drive deeper engagement, identify expansion opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships with customers committed to collaboration and innovation. Internally, the role connects with cross‑functional teams—Sales, Technical, Operations, and Leadership—to deliver seamless customer experiences. Success requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and organizational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Account Management – Own, protect, and develop relationships that ensure alignment with customer and DuBois strategic objectives. Account Planning and Forecasting – Create and own the strategic vision with a plan for execution. Growth and Expansion – Identify and pursue opportunities to expand DuBois total portfolio footprint. Cross‑Functional Leadership – Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, finance, marketing, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions and resolve escalations. Customer Advocacy – Serve as the customer voice internally. Solution Selling and Negotiations – Lead consultative sales efforts, positioning DuBois full portfolio to meet the customers challenges and negotiate contract deals that provide long‑term protection. Market Intelligence – Stay informed on industry trends, customer developments, and competitive activity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial B2B environments. Proven track record of growing complex accounts and managing multi‑site relationships. Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, communication (oral and written), negotiation, and presentation abilities. Demonstrated success in cross‑functional collaboration and internal leadership. Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs. Ability to analyze market data and develop effective growth strategies. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
