We leverage technology and data to deliver fast credit decisions while maintaining strong risk controls.Position OverviewCashera Capital is seeking a Part‑Time Underwriter based in Utah to support our underwriting operations. This role focuses on reviewing applications, analyzing risk, and supporting timely credit decisions in a fast‑paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on underwriting experience in fintech, alternative lending, or small business finance and can work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and underwrite funding applications in line with Cashera’s credit policiesAnalyze bank statements, cash flow, transaction history, and supporting documentationAssess credit risk and recommend approvals, declines, or counter‑offersIdentify potential fraud, inconsistencies, or risk flags during reviewsMaintain accurate underwriting notes and decision recordsCollaborate with Operations and Funding teams to ensure timely deal processingFollow internal underwriting guidelines and compliance standardsRequirements2+ years of underwriting experience in fintech, alternative lending, MCA, or small business lendingStrong ability to analyze financial data, cash flow, and bank statementsComfortable making credit decisions in a high‑volume environmentHigh attention to detail and strong judgmentAbility to work part‑time on a consistent schedule
