Key Responsibilities Execute the LATAM license roadmap, identifying optimal routes to market based on regulatory and banking ecosystems Lead licensing strategy and regulatory engagement, managing the application and authorization process Establish local entities and develop hiring plans according to license requirements while tracking budgets and timelines Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or consulting roles Strong background in fintech, payments, e-money, cards, or stablecoins Proven experience managing licensing projects in LATAM markets In-depth understanding of regional regulatory frameworks for payments and electronic money Fluency in Spanish and English is required
