This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily job site operations and coordinate subcontractors Manage project schedules, timelines, and workflow Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control Communicate with project managers, clients, and field teams Resolve on-site issues and keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications:3+ years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent or lead foreman Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience Benefits may include vehicle allowance, bonuses, and health coverage
