You will work closely with project management, fabrication teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Ideal candidates will have project controls experience, the ability to lead both subcontracted and self‑perform work, and strong skills in forecasting quantities, financials, and schedule performance. This role is a great fit for engineers with 3+ years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic industrial and construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, execution, and close‑out for mechanical scope including piping, fabrication, installation, and maintenance work. Lead coordination of work performed by subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Maintain project controls including forecasting of material quantities, labor costs, schedule milestones, and financial performance. Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Assist with project submittals, change order documentation, and cost tracking to support contract compliance. Collaborate with engineering, quality, safety, and field teams to resolve issues and optimize work flow. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in mechanical construction or industrial project delivery. Demonstrated experience with project controls, quantity forecasting, schedule tracking, and cost reporting. Experience leading both self‑performed work and subcontractor teams. Strong communication, organizational, and technical problem‑solving skills.
