Civil Project Manager

National engineering and infrastructure services firm is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development and civil engineering projects. This role is responsible for managing project delivery from concept through completion, ensuring work is executed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple civil engineering and land development projects, including scope, schedule, and budgetLead and mentor project teams, including engineers, designers, and technical staffOversee preparation of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimatesReview project deliverables for quality assurance and compliance with regulationsCoordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and subcontractorsMaintain strong client relationships and support business development effortsMonitor project financials, including billing, budgets, and profitabilityIdentify and resolve technical and project-related challengesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred8+ years of civil engineering experience, including project managementExperience with land development projects (residential and/or commercial)Strong knowledge of local, state, and municipal regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard engineering/design toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsWhat’s Offered:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)Opportunities for career advancement and professional developmentCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
