Doctor of Medicine | Gastroenterology Location: Lawrenceville, GA Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the PositionLocumJobsOnline is working with SalviaCore Solutions to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Lawrenceville, Georgia, 30042!ResponsibilitiesProvide general Gastroenterology services for all unassigned inpatient consults and existing clinic patients within the hospital setting.Manage a comprehensive inpatient consultative service during daytime hours.Collaborate effectively with onboard Advanced Practice Providers to streamline patient rounding and discharges.Communicate clinical findings and treatment plans clearly with hospital staff and referring providers.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation for all patient encounters. Qualifications & CredentialingBoard Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology is required.Licensure: Candidates must hold an active Georgia medical license or be willing to obtain one.Documentation: A recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days active) is required at the time of presentation with no exceptions.DEA: A valid DEA registration must be obtained prior to the start date.Experience: New graduate candidates through the 2025 class are encouraged to apply.Background: A clean malpractice history is preferred.Note on Visa Sponsorship: Candidates requiring J1 or H1B visa support will not be considered for this role.Verification: Applicants must have no prior direct applications to the facility for this specific role within the past year.
