Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for CDL A Truck Driver Route Delivery $5K Bonus to work within 30 miles of the distribution warehouse in Tulsa, OK.Compensation - Average annual salary is $85,000 to $100,000 plus per year which includes:Hourly pay $40.00 per hour.Work 50-60 hours per week.Weekly paychecksBenefits - Eligibility starts on FIRST DAY OF WORK!401(k); 401(k) matchingHealth, Vision, Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee stock purchase planTuition reimbursementPTO (Personal and Vacation Days)Paid HolidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesWork ScheduleThis is a 24/7 delivery operation; some routes include weekends and/or HolidaysDays and start times will vary; work until work is completed, typically 10-14 hours per dayRoutes awarded by bidding board daily, based on seniority; typically takes 1-2 years to access most desirable routesApproximately 1-3 layovers per week; overnight stay in company paid hotelMake 5-10 stops per day; Routes cover nearby statesMust be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needsResponsibilitiesRoute delivery, driver unload, lift-gate, pallet jack, curve ramp, and 2-wheel hand cartTouch freight, case delivery of food-grade products to warehouses and end-usersDrive CDL A day cabs with 53' trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinationsSecure pallets using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.Document pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsManage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT complianceProvide excellent customer serviceChecking mechanical aspects of the vehicleReporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailersRequirementsMinimum 21 years of age.Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including local, multiple-stop delivery using hand-cart, ramp, pallet jack preferred.Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of sensesAble to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoorsLegally eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand EnglishMust pass pre-hire drug screen and physicalBe able to lift, push, pull 15-20 pounds with no assistance
