Process Engineer

Role Overview:Seeking a highly skilled Entry Level Process Engineer/ Engineering Technician with a strong mechanical and chemical engineering background to provide hands-on expertise in the Carbon Monoxide distillation process.This role combines technical engineering knowledge with practical operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of Carbon Monoxide—a critical component in chemical manufacturing.Essential Job Functions:Oversee and maintain daily operations of the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of reactors, condensers, separation units, and associated distillation equipment.Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and asset reliability programs for the distillation system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, EHS) to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize process parameters.Ensure strict adherence to ISO, cGMP, and safety protocols, supporting audits and training sessions as required.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for SOPs, maintenance activities, quality records, and compliance reports.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and maintenance technicians.
