This role is responsible for translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring disciplined execution through agile methodologies and strong program management practices. The position is critical in aligning technical delivery with operational priorities and clinical needs to maintain stability and improve caregiver and patient outcomes.Responsibilities:• Manage the endpoint services program portfolio across data, endpoints, mobile, and print services.• Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized roadmaps with clear outcomes and success metrics.• Oversee cross-program dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across multiple teams.• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.• Lead delivery using Agile and hybrid Agile/PMO models across sprint-based teams.• Collaborate with product owners and engineering leaders on sprint goals, backlogs, program increments, and release milestones.• Ensure incremental value delivery while maintaining operational stability.• Drive continuous improvement in sprint predictability and delivery confidence.• Establish and maintain program governance including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and change management.• Develop integrated plans covering scope, timeline, dependencies, and resourcing.• Identify delivery risks proactively and lead mitigation strategies.• Ensure alignment of operational work, technical debt, and strategic initiatives.• Coordinate between Endpoint Services, clinical operations, IS partners, and vendors.• Translate clinical and business needs into executable program plans considering workflows, patient care, and regulatory constraints.• Coach and mentor program managers and delivery leads to improve program management discipline and agile practices.• Standardize planning artifacts, reporting, and execution standards.• Provide clarity, accountability, and momentum to complex initiatives.Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.• Minimum 6 years of related experience.• At least 4 years leading technical teams in complex, fast-moving environments.• Strong experience in Agile delivery and sprint-based execution.• Experience managing programs spanning infrastructure, software, and service operations.• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executives.• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.• Comfortable working in regulated or mission-critical environments.• Preferred qualifications include healthcare IT experience, familiarity with endpoint platforms, vendor management, Agile or SAFe certification, PMO practice development, and knowledge of ServiceNow and ADO.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range varies by location, with minimum and maximum hourly rates specified for numerous regions.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
