MUST BE Microsoft Teams Collaboration CertifiedThis role is focused on Teams deployment, optimization, and user experience, working across video, voice, and collaboration tools in a complex, policy-driven environment.What You’ll Be Doing• Supporting Microsoft Teams infrastructure across meetings, collaboration, and voice• Setting up and supporting video devices and meeting room technologies (MTR / CVI)• Managing resource configuration and overall platform performance• Analyzing meeting logs and improving call quality and user experience• Building and maintaining call quality dashboards and reporting• Supporting integrations with enterprise applications and Microsoft APIs• Working with networking and cloud collaboration tools to ensure reliability and performanceWhat We Are Looking For• Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certification• Experience with Teams meeting technologies (MTR, CVI, video devices)• Strong understanding of call quality, troubleshooting, and performance optimization• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)• Solid networking fundamentals in a collaboration environment • Experience with application integrations and Microsoft APIsNice to Have• Experience working in large enterprise Teams deployments• Exposure to governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365• Experience supporting phased rollouts or large-scale collaboration initiativesAdditional Details• Hybrid work environment• Long-term contract• High-visibility role supporting enterprise collaboration tools
