This is a working manager role, not a desk job• Keep the shift running smoothly with a focus on food quality, speed, and customer experience• Lead by example and set the tone for the team every day• Hold the line on standards. Clean, organized, and dialed in at all times• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening and closing procedures• Step in wherever needed.
