Business Development Manager Full-time Atlanta, GA ( Remote) Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive revenue growth for engineering services across the US market. The role requires a strong blend of strategic sales, client relationship management, and domain expertise in engineering services, with a focus on both new business acquisition and account expansion. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue generation by selling engineering services solutions to clients and prospects across the US region. Own end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Identify and acquire new clients (“hunting”) while nurturing and expanding existing accounts (“farming”). Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets (annual, quarterly, and monthly). Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to unlock new business opportunities. Lead contract negotiations, including commercial terms, pricing, and service level agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, proposal, and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution. Identify and drive continuous improvements in sales processes, tools, and go-to-market strategies. Leverage a strong understanding of offshore and global delivery models to position competitive solutions. Target and develop opportunities across key domains such as Storage & Cloud, Medical Devices, Analytical Instrumentation, Semiconductor, EDS, and IoT. Engage clients using a consultative selling approach, leveraging technical knowledge in Digital and Embedded Engineering. Proactively build and expand a strong client base through strategic and aggressive prospecting efforts. Candidate Profile Highly results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and a proven ability to close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals and service agreements. Demonstrated success in a Business Development / Sales role within the IT Services or Engineering Services industry. Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across global teams. Experience & Eligibility 10–15 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within IT/Engineering Services. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
