Your analytical estimating expertise combined with your sales skills to prepare compelling proposals, estimate project costs, and close deals with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSell and Estimate Commercial Roofing Jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, communicate with business owners or property managersWrite picking list, order materials, arrange for permitsMake sure customers are aware of our referral programsGenerate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of businessQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience in the following installation types: EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane roofingIt is preferred that the candidate is familiar with modified, shingle roofing, and metal standing seam roofingThe candidate should be able to read drawings and spec books, or be willing to learn quickly in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposalsThe candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelThe candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional levelRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentValid driver's licensePass a background check and Pre-employment Drug ScreenMust be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined)Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs1-2 years customer service experienceConstruction/roofing industry experience preferred2+ years experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)Military service is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompensation range of $75k -$110k commensurate with experienceMedical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short term disability401(k) PlanPTO, vacation, and holiday time offAt Bone Dry-We build more than roofs.
