Here's The RoleLCRA is seeking a Principal Analytics Developer to provide technical leadership for our Oracle Analytics platform and help drive our enterprise analytics modernization. You’ll design, develop, and modernize solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle BI Repository (RPD), Oracle APEX, Oracle Autonomous Database (ADW), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Working alongside Oracle DBAs, architects, infrastructure engineers, application teams, and business stakeholders, you’ll mentor developers, establish technical standards, and lead strategic analytics initiatives that support critical business operations across LCRA. If you’re looking to join a phenomenal company with outstanding benefits, training, and purpose-driven work, then this is the role for you!How You’ll ContributeLead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle BI Repository (RPD), Oracle APEX, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Provide technical leadership by establishing development standards, mentoring developers, and partnering with DBAs, architects, and business stakeholders.Design and support scalable Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) ETL/ELT solutions and enterprise data integration processes.Develop Oracle Analytics dashboards, semantic models, reports, and Oracle APEX applications supporting critical business operations.Integrate Oracle Analytics solutions with Oracle Database, SQL Server, PeopleSoft, IBM Maximo, REST APIs, and cloud services.Optimize platform performance while supporting cloud modernization, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement. How You’re QualifiedTwelve or more years of experience in developing and programming/coding software applications or relevant experience.A degree(s) in computer science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.How You’ll Stand OutHands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle BI Repository (RPD).Experience designing enterprise analytics, ETL/ELT, and data integration architectures.Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and leading complex enterprise analytics initiatives.Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous Database (ADW), Oracle APEX, Oracle BI Publisher, ORDS, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Strong Oracle SQL, enterprise data warehousing, dimensional modeling, cloud modernization, and performance tuning experience.Experience integrating Oracle Analytics with enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, IBM Maximo, or similar enterprise systems.
