Keep all areas free of debris. Report damage, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions within the building. Use of cleaning and sanitation products according to appropriate standards. Duties can include: trash pick up, dusting, leaf blowing, power washing, glass cleaning, sanitizing, polishing and all other tasks assigned.Candidates must be able to communicate in a professional manner.
