Job Title: Java Technical LeadLocation: Plano, TX/ Memphis, TNDuration: FulltimeJob Description: Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsExpert proficiency and hands on experience in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate),and microservices architectureHands on experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, Apache Flink and cloud technologies.Strong hands on experience of SQL and NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor developers, setting standards for coding, testing, and documentation.Design system architecture, develop high-quality code, and create technical documentationConduct code reviews, perform debugging, and manage unit testing and integration testingCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver projects on time.Act as a technical authority, conducting code reviews and ensuring best coding practices for Java, Spring,and Microservices.Address technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidanceSalary Range-$100,000-$135,000 a yearDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
