CDL Class A OTR Truck Driver

Job Description We're seeking a dependable CDL-A OTR Driver to haul freight across the continental U.S. We are a small company looking for quality and dedicated CDL drivers. We are small enough to know everybody personally, but we are big enough to keep everyone busy, and busy means making money. If you're safety-focused, self-reliant, and built for extended trips, we'd love to have you on our team.Based in Stockton, CA, and have a drop yard in Indianapolis, IN.No touch freight​​​​​​. ALL REEFER TRAILERS; ALL AUTOMATIC TRUCKS. Toll pass provided.Responsibilities:Safely operate a tractor-trailer on long-distance routesPerform pre- and post-trip inspections and log hours via ELDSecure loads, prevent damage, and deliver on scheduleCommunicate with dispatch and adapt to changing conditionsFollow DOT, HOS, and safety regulations at all timesMaintain truck cleanliness and report mechanical issuesQualifications:Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record is requiredA minimum of 2 years of OTR experience is requiredCurrent DOT medical card and pass drug testingExperience in reefer and hauling produce is requiredStrong mechanical awareness and problem-solving skills Company DescriptionAmerican Freight Corporation specializes in hauling produce from the West Coast to the Midwest and Texas.
