Retail Clerk / Packaging$16.50/hour1st7:00am - 5:30pm (Must Be Available All 7 Days; Start Times May Vary from 7:00am-9:00am)As a Retail Store Team Member, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where quality and service matter. This role in Mosinee, WI blends customer interaction, merchandising, and food preparation to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You'll play a key part in maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked store while supporting daily operations, from cash handling and product presentation to crafting specialty items like gift baskets and fresh cheese offerings.Retail Clerk / Packaging Responsibilities:- Operating the cash register by handling various payment methods such as cash, checks, cards, etc. - Stocking shelves, racks, cases, bins, tables with new or transferred merchandise - Answering customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection - Packaging orders - stamp, attach, or change price tags on merchandise and orders being displayed in store - Making gift baskets - Keeping store clean and presentable to customers - Stocking shelves, racks, cases, bins, tables with new or transferred merchandise - Cutting, separating cheese, sorting bulk cheese curds and assisting in making pizzas - Utilizing scales, knives, cutters to complete each order or tasks - Working with various wrappers and packing materials to package the cheese and pizzasRequirements for Retail Clerk / Packaging:- High School Diploma or equivalent - Able to speak to customers and listen to their complaints, requests and orders - Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations - Quality focused; ability to follow all personal and food safety requirements - Ability to stand the entire shift 8-10 hours a day - Ability to lift up to 50lbs rarely from the ground and 20lbs occasionally - Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach and pull frequentlyQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
