Seeking a Lead Screen Print Press Operator for 2nd shift in Fitchburg, MA. This temp-to-perm role offers $25-$30/hour, working Monday to Friday from 2:30PM to 11:00PM. Responsibilities include setting up and operating multi-color screen printing presses, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, training team members, and managing maintenance and inventory. Candidates need at least 3 years of printing experience, preferably in screen or apparel printing, along with strong communication, technical skills, and attention to detail.
