This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall production goals.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ThermoDrop production equipmentOperate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targetsMonitor equipment to ensure it is in safe, working condition at all timesInspect equipment to identify malfunctions, needed repairs, or part replacementsPerform routine preventative maintenance to support production capacity and qualityLoad and unload materials from machines, conveyors, pallets, and storage racksAssist team members in meeting daily and weekly production schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including machines, tools, and work areasFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Qualifications & Requirements:Ability to work in a hot and dusty environment (PPE provided)Ability to lift up to 50 poundsReliable transportation to and from the facilityStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment: This position operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, and moving machinery.
