In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to determine their dental needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each Patient gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices. This role does require previous experience, ability to work in a fast paced environment, good team working ability, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities of Dental Treatment Care CoordinatorEducate patients on their Dental insurance optionsEnsuring daily schedules are confirmed and productive each dayGreet and assist patients with warmth and professionalismCoordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-upsClearly explain procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options with efficiencyWork closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth and supportive experiencePrevious experience in dental or medical front office preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsA team player with a positive xmcpwfu attitudeCompassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focusedQualifications of Dental Treatment Care CoordinatorPrevious experience as a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator or in a similar position is preferredStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriatelyAbility to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quicklyExcellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassionStrong verbal and written communication skills
