Standard weekday schedule | Weekends and overtime as business needs requireAbout The RoleAlliance Nationwide Exposition is looking for a Packager / Shipping Clerk for our Las Vegas team.This role is one of the most important parts of the production department. You are often the last line of defense before our work leaves the building, which means your attention to detail directly affects how we look to every stakeholder, especially the client.You ensure that the graphics our team worked hard to produce arrive at their destination in the same quality assured condition they were in when they left our facilityNo pressure, right?The ideal candidate knows how to inspect, label, stage, package, and ship large format trade show graphics so they leave clean, accurate, protected, and ready for the event floor.This is a hands on, deadline driven role. We need someone who can follow job instructions, handle finished graphics carefully, catch issues early, and keep completed work organized and moving.Key Responsibilities Inspect finished graphics for quality, damage, quantity, labeling, and job accuracy. Package trade show graphics safely for transport, delivery, installation, or shipment. Label, organize, and stage completed work clearly for the next step. Match finished graphics to work orders, packing lists, and shipping requirements. Prepare panels, booth signage, displays, backdrops, wall graphics, and exhibit visuals for delivery. Build, modify, or reinforce packaging as needed to protect finished graphics. Assist with custom pallet modification, crating, and oversized package preparation. Help coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, and internal handoffs. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packaging/shipping area. Requirements Packaging, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Largeformat print, trade show, exhibit, or event graphics experience is a plus. Comfortable handling finished graphics, rigid panels, printed parts, and packaged materials. Basic woodworking skills preferred, including safe use of air nailers, saws, drills, and other tools. Custom pallet modification, crating, or oversized packaging experience is a plus. Able to read work orders, packing lists, labels, and job instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail, quality control, and safe material handling. Accurate, organized, dependable, and able to work quickly. Good communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills. Forklift, pallet jack, FedEx/UPS/LTL, inventory, or staging experience is a plus.
