Requirements GLP Attorneys, P.S., Inc. seeks a bilingual (must speak English and Spanish) Front Desk Coordinator to support our North Washington Region. This is an in-office position with the physical location being Burlington. The Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our North Washington region by handling clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service responsibilities. Acting as a key point of contact, they provide information and serve as the primary resource for employees, clients, guests, vendors, and visitors. The position is based in our Burlington office, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. In this role, you will: Assist by translating both calls and in-person communications for Spanish-speaking clients Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors Perform general office duties, including maintaining and organizing conference rooms, restrooms, guest and main fridge, kitchen(s), and lobby to ensure they are well-stocked and orderly Schedule appointments and referrals Respond to phone calls and emails Carry out data entry and filing tasks Receive, organize, and review mail and all incoming correspondence Assist with office events and programs Handle additional duties as assigned, which may include managing client account balances, scanning and closing files, and other administrative tasks supporting our legal teams Occasional travel to other office locations in the region, such as Bellingham and/or Marysville, may be required Qualified candidates should possess: Exceptional customer service skills, including effective communication with clients, health care providers, and insurance companies, and a positive "can do" attitude Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong collaborative work ethic Understanding of the confidential nature of the work and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute Capability to proofread legal documents Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Basic understanding of office equipment Familiarity with clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing Ability to work independently, identify and solve problems, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work amid competing responsibilities Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required Prior clerical experience preferred Must be bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) Thank you for your interest in a career with GLP Attorneys! We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wages in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our firm. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Compensation will be based on the applicant's location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay. The base pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hour. GLP Attorneys proudly offers a competitive total rewards package. In addition to the base rate, the firm provides employees with vision, dental, medical/rx insurance (with the option to open a health savings account), life insurance, a firm-sponsored employee assistance program, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with a discretionary safe harbor and profit-sharing feature. GLP Attorneys sponsors 100% of the employee premium for those enrolled on the HSA preferred medical plan ($3k deductible), 75% for the base plan ($1k deductible), and 75% for the buy-up plan ($750 deductible). The firm sponsors 25% of all medical dependent coverage. GLP Attorneys sponsors 75% of the employee premium for those enrolled on the vision plan and 25% for those enrolled on a dental plan. Employees are responsible for the premiums for dependent coverage on the vision and dental plans.
