Our agents are closing deals and growing fast — and we need a sharp, people-first Inside Sales Agent to make sure no lead goes untouched and every client feels taken care of from first contact through closing.The RoleYou’ll be the first voice our leads hear and a consistent point of contact throughout the transaction. This isn’t a cold-calling grind — it’s relationship-building with warm and incoming leads, setting qualified appointments for our agents, and keeping clients informed and engaged every step of the way.What You’ll Do• Contact new leads quickly — same day, every day• Qualify prospects and set confirmed appointments for our sales agents• Follow up with leads who aren’t ready yet and nurture them over time• Stay in touch with clients during active transactions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRMWhat We’re Looking For:• You know Southern Oregon — ideally you’ve lived in Jackson or Josephine County and understand our communities, neighborhoods, and market feel• Strong phone presence and natural conversational ability• Organized, self-motivated, and accountable• Real estate experience or license is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person• Comfortable with CRM tools and technologyCompensation:• Competitive base salary• Bonus paid per qualified appointment set• Stable, predictable income in a growing team environmentThis Role Is A Great Fit If You…• Love talking to people and are energized by making connections• Take pride in follow-through and never let things slip• Want to be part of a real estate team without being on the road or chasing your own listings• Know what it means when someone says they’re looking in Talent vs. Ashland, or Eagle Point vs. Central PointTo Apply:Send a brief note about why you’re a fit and your resume.
