Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Waco, TX. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation of progress, and supporting patients' overall communication and functioning needs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy, including evaluating and implementing therapeutic approaches to improve speech and communication abilitiesProficiency in evaluating and treating DysphagiaExperience with Communication Disorders, including providing therapy for speech articulation, fluency, and voice managementKnowledge and application of treatment strategies for Language DisordersStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsState licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or CFY eligible for licensure in TexasMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
