Remote Business Systems Analyst

We are engaging a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on an accelerated project to document our current Technology Onboarding Pilot and conduct a technical evaluation of candidate platforms to inform the enterprise technology solution of choice. This is a highly time-boxed, deliverable-driven engagement: all documentation, requirements, evaluation, and recommendation must be complete and signed off within 4 weeks. The BSA will work closely with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready artifacts that enable scaled rollout. Required Qualifications 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with proven delivery on aggressive, time-boxed enterprise engagements. Been part of discovery/technical evaluation of a Workday migration Demonstrated experience documenting complex enterprise workflows and producing high-quality BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and SOPs under tight deadlines. Proven track record leading rapid technical evaluations and vendor selections for enterprise software. Strong understanding of HR technology, identity & access management, SaaS provisioning, and HRIS-to-IT integration patterns. Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior contracting experience in healthcare, distribution, or large matrixed enterprises. Familiarity with Agile delivery in a contractor capacity. Compensation: $55/hr to $70/hr.
