The Beverage Cart Attendant will service beverages at the facility and provide a high-quality service-oriented environment.Requirements1-2 years of bartending experienceMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust be of legal age to serve liquor according to state lawWorking knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes preferredAbility to operate computerized/electronic cash register systemAbility to use equipment and tools properly and safelyKnowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquetteMust have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the publicMust have strong skills in Customer ServiceMust be dependableResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional appearance at all timesDrive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guestsMaintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other suppliesStock beverage carts to par levels each day of useAssures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedOperate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedureLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employeesEnsure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerAssist in upkeep of the golf course as neededAssist in food preparation and tend bar as neededPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
