We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern - R&D Front-End Development (Summer 2025) who is interested in gaining real-world experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment at our Round Rock, TX location.As a Software Engineer Intern, you will explore and prototype software technology in the process industries, execute a project in AI, Machine Learning, or Control, be a part of a cross-functional team with frontend development, backend development, and UX, and work in an agile team and learn to scope and execute projects.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Research and learn about product development using an agile development methodologyDesign and develop frontend UI and supporting servicesBecome familiar with frontend reactive frameworksDesign and implement APIsApply AI technologies to support frontend functionsLearn about and compare AI and Machine Learning algorithmsUtilize service-based techniquesBuild software in C#, GO, and PythonWho You Are:You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You capitalize on trends to shape future opportunities. You consult diverse resources and ask more questions. You seek out experts and innovators to learn about the impact emerging technologies might have on your business.For This Role, You Will Need:Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Software Development.Legal authorization to work in the United States.
