Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)Travel: 100%We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to support federal construction projects across the U.S., primarily with USACE and NAVFAC contracts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can step into active projects, maintain momentum, and ensure full compliance with federal standards while managing field operations from start to finish.You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on schedule, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality control, and government regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all on-site construction activities for federal projectsCoordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient executionMaintain project schedules, budgets, and daily reportingEnsure compliance with USACE/NAVFAC standards and project specificationsEnforce EM 385-1-1 safety regulations and site safety protocolsCollaborate with Quality Control and Project Management teams to maintain compliance and performanceConduct site inspections, manage RFIs, and support project closeout processesServe as the primary on-site point of contact for project executionWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 10+ years of experience on federal construction projects valued at $20M or moreProven experience working on USACE and/or NAVFAC projectsActive CQM-C Certification (Construction Quality Management for Contractors)Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage field operations on complex, multi-phase projectsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to mobilize quickly and adapt to different project sites nationwideWillingness to travel extensively across the U.S.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact federal projects across the countryJoin a team that values execution, accountability, and field leadershipOpportunity to step into critical roles where your experience directly impacts project successTotal Rewards & BenefitsSalary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)Full Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision)Lodging Provided for travel assignments401(k) with Company MatchTravel-related expenses coveredApply Today!If you have the experience and are ready to take on high-impact federal projects nationwide, we want to hear from you.
