About the CompanyThe Junior Recruiter supports the talent acquisition function by assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This role focuses on identifying qualified applicants, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the HR team and department leaders to meet hiring needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will contribute to recruitment and employment activities, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. This position is classified as non-exempt under the provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 in a work week.About the RoleThe Junior Recruiter (Bilingual in English and Spanish) supports the talent acquisition function by assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesPost job openings across job boards and internal platformsSource and identify potential candidates using online tools and databasesReview resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidatesConduct initial phone or virtual screenings to assess basic qualifications and interestPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers with screening notes and recommendationsSchedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring teamsCommunicate interview details and ensure a positive candidate experience (Outlook)Follow up with candidates and hiring managers after interviews (Email, Text Message or call)Process new hire onboardingMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP)Assist with FilingAssist with pipeline tracking and status updates for open rolesOther Duties as assigned by management QualificationsInternship or prior experience in recruiting, HR, staffing agency, or talent acquisition supportFamiliarity with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platformsExposure to interviewing, screening, or candidate coordination processesBasic understanding of hiring workflows and employment practices Required Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) requiredHealth insurance, Dental and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, 401KPay range and compensation packagePay: 55,000 - 60,000Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
