Tool & Die Repair Technician (2nd Shift) - Macedonia, OH - JOB 26-00061Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Permanent Position with BenefitsRequirementsAssociate's Degree, Trade / Technical School, or Journeyman Certification.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years trainingMust have hands-on experience in a machine shop environment with specific experience repairing and maintaining tools and dies.Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies in a manner consistent with the original specifications, operating all machines and equipment associated with this processReceive instructions and information from Team Leader and/or SupervisorTransport, clean, disassemble, repair, and reassemble casting and trim dies, using lift trucks, die cleaning equipment, and cranes as necessaryBuild and replace segments, cores, details, and parts from blueprints, using required tools or equipmentDaw polish or grind die cavity surfaces using required tools or equipmentMake repairs, remove stuck castings, correct dimensional problems, change cores and trim punches while casting and trim dies are mounted on machinesPerform welding duties in the foundry and the Die Repair DepartmentTroubleshoot all production tooling problems, performing repairs and maintenance as neededCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
