Inquire about point-of-sale to ensure it is in an effective area and operational. Manage potential out-of-code products by inquiring about code dates on slow-moving packages. Offer customers suggestions for increasing sales of company products through various merchandising concepts. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and address inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with team and manager all pertinent information affecting assigned accounts.QualificationsSkills / Qualifications of an Inside Sales Representative: Previous sales and/or beverage experience preferred Ability to effectively persuade and influence others Knowledge of customer service standardsStrong organizational skills Excellent verbal communication skillsAttention to detail
