You take pride in staying on top of details, communicating clearly, and pitching in wherever needed to keep billing and payroll running smoothly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Create and process invoices accurately and on time· Enter billing and payroll-related data with a high level of accuracy· Log and track invoices and supporting documentation· Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Department as neededQUALIFICATIONS· Valid U.S. work authorization· Strong organizational and communication skills· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment· Dependable, professional work ethicPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSThese are a plus (but not required):· Previous experience with billing/invoicing and/or payroll processing· Familiarity with accounting, payroll, or timekeeping processes· Comfort working with basic clerical tasks and responsibilities (filing, documentation, and recordkeeping)· Intermediate Excel skills (sorting/filtering, basic formulas)· Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityBENEFITS· Health, vision, and dental insurance (after probationary period)· Paid vacation (after 1 year)· On-the-job training· Growth opportunities
