Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do "more with less," and rethink the way they deliver services.Work you'll doResponsible for supporting and independently completing project tasksIdentify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and decision makingSelect the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements; and contribute to continuous development of methods and toolsManage work to work plans for components on engagementsDevelop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts; and contribute to the successful realization of client goalsTranslate application storyboards and use cases into functional applicationsQualifications RequiredBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience3+ years of experience with Java Development3+ years of experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB23+ years of knowledge on MVC framework like Spring/Struts/Grails and ORM tools such as Hibernate, MyBatisExperience in Agile methodology and tools such as Bamboo, BitBucket, Fisheye, eclipseRoughly 90-95% hands-on codingAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
