IT Sourcing/Procurement Analyst

Title: Technology Sourcing / Procurement SpecialistShort-term Contract 2-3 month projectNo SponsorshipHybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remoteWe're looking for a Technology Sourcing / Procurement Specialist for a short-term contract sourcing initiatives across hardware, software, and IT services. This role sits at the center of procurement operations—partnering closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage the sourcing lifecycle from intake through contract execution.This is a highly visible, fast-paced role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Support end-to-end technology procurement processes (RFPs, approvals, PO processing) across hardware, software, and servicesPartner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the sourcing processManage vendor relationships and serve as a point of contact for procurement-related activitiesLead or support sourcing initiatives from bid preparation through contract executionDraft and manage contract documentation (amendments, supporting docs, etc.)Evaluate vendor proposals (quantitative and qualitative analysis) and support decision-makingEnsure contract files and documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-readyIdentify and drive process improvements across sourcing and procurement workflowsSupport troubleshooting and problem-solving for internal teams and stakeholdersRequirements:~4+ years of experience in technology sourcing / procurementExperience managing RFPs and sourcing initiatives end-to-end (market research through vendor selection)Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation)Advanced Excel skills and overall proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skillsNice to HaveExperience working with technology contracts (SaaS, cloud, software licensing, hardware, professional services)Familiarity with contract structures (MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.)Experience interpreting and working with legal agreementsAdditional DetailsOnsite: 4 days/weekBachelor's degree preferredTeam / EnvironmentFast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven.
