The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and resolving any issues that arise. Day-to-day tasks include regular communication with clients, preparing reports, analyzing account performance, and working closely with internal teams to coordinate resources and meet client needs.QualificationsExperience in client relationship management, customer service, and account managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accountsProficiency in using CRM software and other relevant toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the construction or agriculture industry is a plus
