Lead Frontend Engineer (React / Next.js)Remote– ROWS ONEFull-Time | 8+ Years ExperienceThe OpportunityWe're hiring a Lead Frontend Engineer to lead the development of performant and user-centric web applications. You will be instrumental in setting frontend standards, mentoring developers, and shipping experiences that delight our users across platforms.What You'll Do• Build and provide oversight for advanced frontend applications using React and Next.js.• Collaborate with product team and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs.• Implement and optimize application architecture for responsiveness and speed.• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews with a focus on best practices and maintainability.• Contribute to internal tools, libraries, and process automation initiatives.What We're Looking For• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.• Expert-level proficiency with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.• Strong understanding of frontend performance, security, and accessibility best practices.• Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional collaboration.• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Bonus Points• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).• Familiarity with Laravel or full-stack development workflows.• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product teams.Please provide a cover letter with your resume!
