This role will have company-wide impact and play a key part in ensuring that our programs are aligned to and support overall company goals and values. This role will report into the Senior Director, People Business Partners and collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Leadership, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess superb program management skills, have demonstrated success in implementing organization-wide People programs and processes, exude a highly collaborative approach in delivering results, and display a strong focus on continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the execution of the annual performance review, goal setting, and engagement survey programs by bringing together cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and timely deliveryDrive engagement survey analysis and reporting, collaborating with leadership teams and People Business Partners to develop actionable insights and drive action planningCollaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders such as total rewards, talent development, and internal communications to ensure programs are aligned with business needs, and driving engagement and performance across the organizationPartner with People Operations and Systems teams to build and optimize programs within our tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and scalabilityLead iterative improvements by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and applying industry best practices to continually enhance the efficiency and impact of our programs Develop and maintain program performance metrics, tracking key data points to ensure program objectives are met and identifying opportunities for enhancementCommunicate program goals, processes, and timelines clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignmentAttributes for a Successful Candidate Minimum of 6 years of experience in People program management, people business partnership, talent development, or related field with a strong understanding of core people programsExpertise in various program management tools and methodologiesDemonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with a focus on continuous improvementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProven ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAnalytical mindset with an experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve program effectivenessExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, capable of driving adoption and engagementA passion for building and optimizing people programs that enhance employee experience and align with company goals and valuesExperience working in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsProficiency with People systems and tools, including employee survey platforms such as CultureAmpKnowledge of current talent development trends and best practicesPerks*Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America!Live your best life (LYBL)! $200/mo for anything that enhances your lifeRemote and hybrid work options, plus lunch in the Cerritos officeComprehensive employee health coverage (all locations)401K with match (US) or pension with match (UK)Competitive compensation & bonus programFlexible Vacation (US exempt & CA) or 25 days (UK)Time off for your birthday & volunteeringEmployee resource groupsOpportunities for team and company-wide get-togethers!perks may vary based on eligibility/locationPlease note that background checks are required.
