Translation. You’re building the systems that explain where money is made, where it’s lost, and what to do about it.Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analyticsDevelop executive and operational reporting in Power BI that people actually useEngineer scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, and Delta LakeBuild and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP and enterprise systemsApply Python / PySpark to automate, scale, and optimize data workflowsEstablish governed, repeatable data models aligned with financial controlsPartner directly with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data solutionsWhat Makes This Role DifferentYou’re not just building dashboards.
