Floating Housekeeper, weekends and weekdays

We are looking for a floating housekeeper. This housekeeper would be used on an "On-call" basis. If you are selected for this position, you will be responsible for cleaning different facilities in the Acadiana area. You may have to clean more than one building a night. You will be paid $12 hourly for all hours worked, you will also receive a $96 retainer weekly. If we call you, you must be able to work in order to receive this retainer. The latest you would be called is around 8pm. You would be on call from Monday-Friday. If you are called, you must be available to go to work unless you have scheduled a day off. You will be responsible for The cleanliness of the building, including but not limited to floors, walls, furnishings, vents, restrooms, and all equipment. Vertical and horizontal dust the furniture, cabinets, window sills, and book cases. Empty trash cans. Dispose of trash. Vacuum carpets. Sweep, dust mop, and wet mop floors. Clean and restock restrooms. Wipe windows, glass and mirror; clean/remove all fingerprints and/or smudges. Must be able to pass quality control inspections Some must haves You must have reliable transportation for this position, or a good driving record. You must be reliable and be able to work independently Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
