Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Duties: - Provide hair and beauty services, including hair extensions, hair threading, and eyelash extensions, using a variety of techniques and products. - Utilize a straight razor to offer shaving services and create a seamless finish for clients. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and style. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hair and beauty products, including their uses, benefits, and potential drawbacks. - Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and develop their skills. - Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and develop personalized service plans to meet those needs. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols. - Manage retail math, including inventory management and cash handling, to ensure that the salon operates efficiently and effectively. - Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a welcoming and supportive experience for all clients. Requirements: - A current license to practice as a Cosmetologist in the relevant state. - A strong background in hair and beauty, including experience with hair extensions, hair threading, and eyelash extensions. - A commitment to ongoing education and professional development, with a willingness to learn new techniques and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients. - Experience with retail math, including inventory management and cash handling. - A strong understanding of cosmetology and a passion for delivering high-quality results. - The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive and supportive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
