Role Description This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based on-site at our Katy, TX office. In this role, you will assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing support over multiple communication channels, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver excellent service. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer ExperienceSkills in Customer Support and the ability to proactively resolve client concernsEffective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with office software and CRM systems is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
