Scientific Research CompanyREMOTENeeded ASAP12 month contractMust work on W220 hr Pay RateJob Title:Program Coordinator, Mentorship Initiatives (Full-Time Contractor)Must have Salesforce or Chronus experience to own the tool and prepare for Mentorship launch in AugustFull Job Description:This individual will play a key role in program operations, including coordinating communications, tracking participant engagement, maintaining program documentation, and supporting the administrative buildout of the program on a virtual platform virtual events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Position Responsibilities:Coordinate communications between mentors, mentees, and programstaffMaintain and update participant records and program documentationSupport scheduling and logistics for virtual mentoring sessions and eventsAssist with onboarding of new mentors and menteesTrack engagement metrics and prepare summary reportsRespond to participant inquiries and provide timely supportCollaborate with program staff to improve administrative workflowsDocument processes and contribute to program improvement effortsManage administrative configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the Chronus mentorship platformServe as the front-line point of contact for participant platform support and program communicationsPosition Requirements:At least two years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or relatedrolesStrong written and verbal communicationskillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom,Teams)Familiarity with mentorship software platforms is strongly preferred (e.g., Chronus).Familiarity with data tracking and reportingtoolsExcellent organizational skills and attention todetailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independentlyPrior experience in academic, scientific, or nonprofit environments isa plus
