General Production WorkerYou'll run and support different machines in a metal fabrication shop, including CNC equipment, bandsaws, and burn tables. The goal is to keep production moving, make quality parts, and follow safety guidelines.Job OverviewYou'll run CNC and manual machines based on daily production needs. Set up machines with the right materials and measurements before starting. Keep an eye on machines while they're running and fix small issues if needed. Read blueprints and work instructions to make parts correctly. Help with metal finishing when needed. Work with welding, painting, and other teams to keep production flowing. Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards. Follow all safety rules and wear proper protective gear. Keep your work area clean and organized. Work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.What You NeedExperience running machines in a production or fabrication setting. Basic CNC experience (setup and operation). Experience with bandsaws and burn tables. Ability to read blueprints. Comfortable working around welding and fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail. Willing to work 2nd shift.Nice to HaveExperience in a fabrication or weld shop. Experience working across departments (welding, paint, etc.). Willingness to learn different machines and tasks.
